Press Release: Short Operational Interruption at Oskarshamn 1

In the night between 3 and 4 August Oskarshamn 1 tripped due to a disturbance on the outer grid.

This caused the aggregate breaker and the generator breaker to turn off, which consequently resulted in a turbine scram and steam dumping inhibition. Information about the scram has been forwarded to the power market exchange and at present trouble shooting is being carried out.
